Over het evenement

This summer, step into the rhythm of Colombia and unleash your creativity at Salsa & Paint in the Park.

Join Kia Santeddu, the Belgian salsa dancer who fell in love with salsa during her travels through Colombia. What started as a few dance classes abroad grew into a passion she now shares with thousands through her TikTok videos. And Marthe Vanneste from Amarte Paintclub, who after joinging maaaany runclubs and making plenty of friends, started the Paintclub as a wish to also make creative people connect with eachother.

Together, we'll create an unforgettable outdoor experience where art and dance meet.

What to expect?

  • A fun and accessible salsa workshop led by Kia

  • A guided painting session by Marthe from Amarte

  • Salsa & Paint in the parc

The summer heat makes us crave to move our bodies and connect with nature & get social with people again. That's exactly what we will do during our Paint & Salsa in the parc event. From 10-13 you will first get a class of Kiara Santeddu who will teach the basics of Colombian Salsa. After that it's time for a cooldown & relaxation with some fresh kombucha, a nice pastry & a paint in the parc session with Amarte Paintclub. The creative juices will be flowing so the artpiece will follow instantly.
